- Upload of photo of your nominated duo
- $25.00 per entry.* All proceeds help raise money for Patients Australia to do their vital work for healthcare advocacy and education
- Competition runs from 1st April till the 30th April 2026
- Criteria by an independent judging panel will focus on a compelling story and great photo
- State and National winners will be announced on 8th May via our social media channels

Promoter: The prize draw is conducted by Patients Australia, located at 40 Burwood Road, HAWTHORN, VIC 3122, Australia. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have completed the submission. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Patients Australia are not eligible to enter the competition. Entries are from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026. To enter, participants must complete the entry and submit their contact details via the provided form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries will be posted to Patients Australia social media channels. Prize Details: One (1) $100 Coles Reward Cards will be awarded as prizes for each state/territory. A total of $800 will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) Coles Reward Card. One winner from the eight (8) states/territories finalists will be awarded the National winner and will receive an additional $500 Coles Reward Card. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Draw Details: Prize draw entries close midnight 30th April 2026 AEST, and the prize draw will take place on the 8th May 2026 at 3pm at 40 Burwood Road, HAWTHORN VIC 3122, Australia. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact details provided (email and/or phone) within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. Use of Personal Information: Personal information collected for the draw will be used to contact winners or individuals who have opted in to be contacted, including future market research and Patients Australia Newsletter. Individuals can opt-out at any time. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Patients Australia Privacy Policy. General Conditions: By entering participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw if unforeseen circumstances arise. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the draw are final and binding. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond its control that affect participation. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the use of the prize.
